Gatwick Fire Instructors

Gatwick Fire was established in 2010 - the same year we were awarded tier four approved training provider accreditation from the CAA. We have now completed many successful initial firefighter courses (IFFC), working with some of the UK's top airports, including Heathrow, Southampton, Manchester, London City and the Channel Islands.

In addition to this we have recently delivered aviation firefighting training to overseas students from North Africa.

Gatwick Fire is now managed by Gatwick Fire Station Manager Chris Knowles who has 24 years' experience within the aviation fire industry and a further 4 years within a local authority fire service.

Chris is fully supported in his role by a team of dedicated Fire Managers and Firefighters, many of whom specialise in one or more of the training courses Gatwick Fire delivers.
