All our instructors are working firefighters or fire managers in Gatwick Airport's Fire and Rescue Service and are trained to the highest possible standards.

Gatwick Fire was established in 2010 - the same year we were awarded tier four approved training provider accreditation from the CAA. We have now completed many successful initial firefighter courses (IFFC), working with some of the UK's top airports, including Heathrow, Southampton, Manchester, London City and the Channel Islands.
In addition to this we have delivered aviation firefighting training to overseas students from North Africa and Europe.
Gatwick Fire is managed by operational Station and Watch Managers who between them have well over 50 years of experience within the aviation fire industry and within local authority fire services.
The management are fully supported by a team of dedicated Firefighters, many of whom specialise in one or more of the training courses Gatwick Fire delivers.
