Gatwick Airport is the world's busiest single runway operation, and the Airport Fire and Rescue Service that protects it is trained to the highest possible standards, using modern training facilities and techniques.

We attend over 2,500 incidents each year, ranging from aircraft emergencies and road traffic collisions to medical emergencies. It is from this highly experienced group of professional firefighters that Gatwick Fire instructors are seconded.

We've been delivering training and assessment for fire service personnel, airline staff and other emergency response staff since 1984.

Our aim is that all participants leave our courses competent, confident and fully able to use all the skills they've learned during our professional, hands-on training.
